AGUNGI ACADEMIC LIBRARY BACKGROUND Agungi Academic Library  started in 2000   as a small reading building for people with one small room ,limited books and inadequate furniture. During 2011 elections, One of the MP of  Arua. district in partnership with the library owner agreed to construct a bigger library that could accommodate big population of both students from institutions within and other community  Location Agungi Academic    Library is located in the Southern Division of Arua Municipality, Arua District. The library serves the Academic Community and the Public   Patrons at the reading section Objective Library aims at achieving the Academic objectives which are to support Teaching and Learning, Research within the community it serves and Community outreach.
